Brandy and Jamie

Our mission is to make the estate sale process as seamless and stress-free as possible while maximizing the value of every sale through experience, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Jamie brings more than 30 years of experience working with people, building relationships founded on trust, compassion, and professionalism. Before founding The Willow Estate Group, she spent 10 years managing one of the Triad's most successful pawnshops, where she developed extensive knowledge of antiques, jewelry, collectibles, tools, household goods, and everyday valuables while leading a high-performing team and serving thousands of customers.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University. Originally from Charlotte, she has proudly called Greensboro home since 2010. Deeply family-oriented and community-minded, Jamie believes every client deserves personalized care, honest communication, and a trusted partner throughout the estate sale process.

A Greensboro native, Brandy has spent more than 30 years serving the public, earning a reputation for her friendly personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for others. She also brings five years of experience in reselling, giving her valuable insight into pricing, merchandising, and identifying items that appeal to today's buyers.

Brandy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she developed a strong understanding of people and the importance of building meaningful relationships. Her local knowledge, customer-focused approach, and passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of The Willow Estate Group.

Together, Jamie and Brandy combine decades of customer service, leadership, education, and resale expertise to provide estate sale services rooted in professionalism, transparency, and compassion.
